Role Overview:

new business acquisition, partnerships, and revenue growth

What you'll be doing:

Business Development & Sales Strategy

  • Identify and acquire

    new business opportunities

    within the

    insurance sector

    (Life, Health, General, and Micro Insurance).
  • Develop and execute

    sales strategies

    to expand Credgenics footprint across insurance companies, ensuring revenue growth.
  • Build and nurture

    long-term relationships

    with key decision-makers, including

    CXOs, Risk Heads, Claims & Recovery Heads, and Compliance Teams

    .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to

    tailor solutions

    that address the specific needs of insurers for

    collections, debt recovery, and legal compliance

    .
  • Negotiate and close deals

    , ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue targets.

Market & Industry Intelligence

  • Analyze industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics to

    identify business opportunities

    and refine sales strategies.
  • Gather competitive intelligence to position Credgenics as the

    preferred collections and recovery partner

    for insurance firms.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create

    targeted campaigns, thought leadership content, and industry-specific sales collateral

Revenue Growth & Relationship Management

  • Drive

    upsell and cross-sell

    opportunities within existing insurance clients.
  • Own and manage the

    end-to-end sales cycle

    , from lead generation to deal closure and post-sales engagement.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities, tracking

    key sales metrics, revenue targets, and market penetration

    .

What We're Looking For:

  • 6-10 years

    of experience in

    B2B sales, business development, or strategic partnerships

    , with a focus on the

    insurance sector

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    insurance claims, collections, and regulatory frameworks

    .
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, closing high-value deals, and

    building CXO-level relationships

    .
  • Experience working with

    SaaS platforms, fintech, or digital collections solutions

    is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and

    comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • MBA or equivalent degree from a
