Job Description

As an Enterprise Sales Manager at ADP, your primary responsibility will be to secure new business for the organization. Your key responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, meeting or exceeding assigned quotas, creating sales forecasts, developing sales activity goals, and implementing strategic plans within Salesforce.com. You will need to stay abreast of local market trends, adjust sales strategies accordingly, generate leads, nurture client relationships, and prepare necessary reports to track progress towards sales targets. Adhering to the sales plan, participating in regular reviews with your reporting supervisor, and consistently striving to achieve sales quotas will be crucial aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree or higher educational qualification and a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in sales, particularly in selling service outsourcing, HCM solutions, or related software solutions to senior executives. A proven track record in B2B sales, effective communication and negotiation skills, the ability to engage with high-level executives, and a talent for converting potential clients into successful business deals are essential qualifications for this role. Additionally, possessing knowledge of automation aspects, strong managerial abilities, and an advanced degree will be advantageous. This is an individual contributor role based in Chennai.
