As the Enterprise Full Stack Presales Engineering Manager, your role involves leading presales efforts, designing strategic solutions, and boosting sales growth by aligning client needs with customized software solutions. Your deep technical expertise in software development, cloud technologies, and enterprise architecture, combined with strong business acumen and exceptional communication skills, will be pivotal in collaborating with sales, product, and engineering teams to address complex business challenges effectively. - Lead presales engagements by understanding client requirements and crafting tailored software solutions. - Develop and deliver engaging presentations, demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (POCs) to showcase the value of custom solutions. - Collaborate with sales teams to drive customer adoption and revenue growth through strategic technology initiatives. - Provide technical guidance in full-stack development, cloud platforms, and enterprise application design to support sales efforts. - Influence product roadmaps by closely working with product and engineering teams based on market needs and customer feedback. - Respond to RFPs/RFIs with well-structured proposals and technical solutions. - Conduct competitive analysis to position custom software offerings effectively in the market. - Ensure seamless integration of custom solutions with clients" existing systems through API development and deployment best practices. In terms of technical skills, you should possess expertise in: - Full-Stack Development: Front-end and back-end technologies including JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue), Node.js, Java, or .NET. - Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying enterprise solutions. - Database Management: Knowledge of SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL databases. - Solution Architecture: Ability to design scalable and secure custom software solutions. - API Integration: Strong understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, SDKs, and enterprise system integration. - DevOps & CI/CD: Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and deployment pipelines. Your business and soft skills should include: - Presales & Proposal Writing: Crafting proposals, responding to RFPs/RFIs, and developing POCs. - Client Engagement: Translating business pain points into tailored software solutions. - Presentation & Storytelling: Communicating technical concepts effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Industry Awareness: Understanding custom software solutions across various industries like finance, healthcare, retail, and manufacturing. - Competitive Analysis: Grasping technology market trends and competitor positioning. - Collaboration & Teamwork: Working closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure successful client engagements. Preferred qualifications for this role include: - Bachelor's/masters degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - 7+ years of experience in software development, solution architecture, or presales engineering roles. - Proven track record in leading presales initiatives and driving business growth. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex software-driven sales cycles. - Experience with enterprise clients and large-scale software implementations.,
