Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement hybrid cloud architectures integrating on-prem systems and industry solutions
• Lead the modernization of legacy infrastructure using virtualization, containers, and automation & AI
• Provide technical leadership in the planning and execution of cloud migration strategies
• Ensure compliance, security, governance and sovereignty across hybrid environments
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align architecture with business goals and technical constraints
• Champion infrastructure-as-code, automation, and DevOps practices for infrastructure provisioning
• Create and maintain architecture documentation, technical standards, and reusable templates
Required Skills & Expertise:
• Strong hands-on experience with at least one domain:
o Server: Hardware, Windows Server, Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu), virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), Kubernetes
o Storage: Hardware SAN/NAS, Enterprise NAS, Parallel File System, backup/Archival/ disaster recovery design, Object Stores, Computational Storage
o Network: Switches, Router, Firewall, Web Application Firewall, SD-WAN, cloud networking
o Solutioning: Cost modelling, high-level design, Low Level Designing, Industry Vertical Solution Blueprint and Bill of Materials
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, Bash)
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
• Understanding of compliance and security frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, ITIL) Preferred
Certifications:
• Cloud/Hybrid Cloud: Preferred
o Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate (AZ 800/801)
o AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional
o Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect
• Domain-Specific (based on expertise): Preferred
o VMware VCAP – Data Center Virtualization
o NetApp Certified Data Administrator (NCDA)
o AWS Advanced Networking – Specialty
o Cisco CCNP/CCIE Enterprise
• Supporting Certifications: Preferred
o TOGAF 9/10
o HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate
o ITIL v4 Foundation
