Enterprise Architect

As an Enterprise Architect at Saint-Gobain North America, you will play a crucial role in shaping the architecture of core IT solutions across all business lines in a hybrid and dynamic system landscape. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the development of transition and target architectures from the application, data, and technology perspective. You will ensure the holistic end-to-end technology strategy within our digital ecosystem, including application interdependencies. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and apply Enterprise Architecture capabilities, methodologies (e.g., TOGAF), IT landscape management, architecture tools (e.g., Avolution Abacus), architecture processes (e.g., Architecture Reviews), and architecture design (e.g., Architecture schemas using LucidChart). - Create the Enterprise Architecture blueprint for the digital ecosystems business domain and associated solution areas, incorporating the latest technologies and conducting proof-of-concepts. - Communicate and align architecture standards, principles, and whitepapers with stakeholders. - Present the landscape strategy to IT executive leadership and collaborate to build consensus on targets. - Validate proposed solutions through proof-of-concept projects and ensure compliance with relevant regulations (IC, SOX, SOD, cyber-security). - Contribute to projects by conducting architecture analysis and design work following standards and roadmap guidelines. - Develop the Target Enterprise Architecture blueprint for the digital ecosystems business domain, identify gaps between baseline and target architecture, and document the resulting roadmap with potential exceptions and field of actions for the future. - Maintain the SG North America application portfolio using Architecture tools and conduct regular application lifecycle management reviews. - Actively participate in Group Enterprise Architecture instances such as Architecture Expert Teams Meeting or Technical Architecture Committee. - Establish relationships with business and IT stakeholders to understand objectives, requirements, solution strategies, and technology roadmaps. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in Enterprise Architecture, including methodologies like TOGAF. - Strong knowledge of IT landscape management, architecture tools, and design processes. - Ability to develop architecture blueprints and conduct proof-of-concepts. - Excellent communication skills to align standards with stakeholders and present strategies to executive leadership. - Experience in compliance and ensuring security standards are met. - Collaboration skills to work with project teams and establish relationships within the organization.
