Your responsibilities in this role will include benchmarking and analyzing AI workloads in both single and multi-node configurations, developing high-level simulators and debuggers in C++/Python, evaluating performance, power, and area (PPA) for hardware features and system-level architectural trade-offs, collaborating closely with architecture teams, architecture, and product management for trade-off analysis, and staying updated with emerging trends and research in deep learning. To be successful in this role, you should possess an MS or PhD in a relevant discipline (CS, EE, Math), have at least 2 years of experience in parallel computing architectures, interconnect fabrics, and deep learning applications, demonstrate strong programming skills in C, C++, and Python, exhibit proficiency in architecture analysis and performance modeling, and showcase a curious mindset with excellent problem-solving skills. To stand out from the crowd, having an understanding of modern transformer-based model architectures, experience with benchmarking, projections methodologies, workload profiling, and correlation, and the ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience will be beneficial. Role Summary: IT Specialist Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) This role focuses on managing and optimizing the entire Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) process from planning and development to deployment, operations, and decommissioning . The IT Specialist will work on improving IT systems , ensuring process standardization, supporting IT strategy , and aligning IT applications with business needs. The position is both strategic and operational , requiring strong collaboration with stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors. Key Responsibilities (In Short): Develop and implement ALM strategy covering planning to decommissioning Maintain IT landscape documentation , reporting, and visualization Drive Release and Change Management processes across environments Support ServiceNow KPIs, SLAs , and system maturity improvement Collaborate with users to align IT solutions with business goals Redesign and document IT processes for software engineering discipline Ensure adherence to IT governance, compliance, and security standards Provide consultation and leadership in IT/ALM projects and initiatives Required Skills: Strong knowledge in ALM, ITSM, Software Engineering, or IT Governance Hands-on experience with ALM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA, HP ALM, etc.) Understanding of IT architecture, ITIL/COBIT , and process integration Analytical thinking, structured working, and communication skills Experience in international environments and cross-functional collaboration Fluent English, proactive attitude, and intercultural competence Qualifications: Bachelors in Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering 4+ years of professional experience in ALM or related domains

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team of architects in United States. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office by providing administrative, clerical, and project-related support. This role requires someone who is proactive, tech-savvy, and able to work in a fast-paced, design-focused environment. Major focus is on US market and focusing on many constructions projects at various USA locations. Role & responsibilities Assist in preparing project documents, reports. Help track project timelines, milestones, and deadlines. Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors as needed. Support architects with documentation, permit submissions, and tracking approvals. Assist in formatting architectural documentation (PDFs, presentations, reports). Maintain drawing logs, specifications, and revision histories. Preferred candidate profile 2-3 years of experience with architectural terminology and design processes. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and cloud-based storage (Dropbox, Google Drive).
