Job Description

Role Overview: As an experienced Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Systems professional, your role will involve managing and maintaining content and documents across various systems such as SharePoint, Documentum, OpenText, internal repositories, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance in content and document lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities: - Developing and enforcing content classification schemas, metadata standards, and tagging conventions. - Overseeing document version control, access permissions, retention policies, and archival processes. - Ensuring compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements related to data privacy and record-keeping. - Contributing to the development and refinement of content governance frameworks. - Conducting regular content audits to identify outdated, redundant, or inconsistent information. - Implementing solutions to capture document content and organizational context for optimal downstream use. - Defining strategies for automated metadata extraction, entity recognition, and taxonomy management. - Educating and training users on best practices for content creation, organization, and AI-enabled tools. Qualifications Required: - 13+ years of experience in Content Management, Document Management, Records Management, or Enterprise Content Management (ECM). - Knowledge of Headless CMS platforms such as Contentful, Strapi, and ButterCMS. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for clear information sharing. - Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.,
