Computers (Full Time Degrees Only) Location: Vikhroli MINIMUM 4 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN CONTENT PUBLISHING, EDITING, REVIEWING PREFERRED: Experience in Strapi CMS Job Description: The incumbent must ensure that the content of www.godrej.com is well-structured, easy to find and meets the needs of its users. He/She should- Ensure all necessary content is included on the website and is laid out in a way that suits the user. Keep everything up to date and accurate. The content can include web pages, images, videos, blog posts, guest articles, reviews and occasionally social media and marketing copy. Edit / update the site yourself through CMS, but normally act as a coordinator, and project manager, overseeing the work of our agency. Produce content schedules and audits, which our businesses and corporate teams use to keep copy up to date and to create new content at appropriate times. Handle the content management system (CMS) and produce user guides and deliver training, as well as work with the CMS developers to ensure the system has been configured to meet the needs of the organisation. Organize user testing and market research projects to ensure that the website's content is suitable for the audience. Special Skills Required: Managing website and online application developments Ability to influence and persuade, adapting personal style to meet different situations Good facilitation skills, engaging and encouraging contributions Facilitation of training/awareness sessions Agile project management methodology and iterative development Negotiation skills with internal stakeholders and external suppliers Preferred: Experience working in a team with technical staff Producing technical/requirements specifications for digital projects Use of CRM systems and integration with websites

You will be responsible for developing high-quality, maintainable, and scalable backend applications using Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL and associated frameworks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new features, participate in code reviews, troubleshoot, and debug complex issues. You are expected to continuously learn and keep up to date with best practices and better technologies. You will work closely with the UI/UX designer and help bridge the gap between User experience design and technical implementation. Responsibilities Development of complex web applications while ensuring best practices and design patterns Develop reusable components and functions to maintain consistency across applications Design and develop scalable RESTful APIs and microservices Implement efficient database schemas and optimize query performance Handle server-side security, data validation, and business logic Set up and maintain development infrastructure including repository architecture, deployment pipelines and server infrastructure Optimize application performance for speed, scalability and reliability Requirements Expertise in building production-grade backend applications using Node.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL. Experience in Database Design and REST API setup using PostgreSQL and NodeJS. Proficiency in integrating third party services using NodeJS, Axios and third party SDKs Hands-on experience working with Database migrations, Cron jobs and Job queue systems. Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Strapi + Node.js Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in backend development using Strapi (Headless CMS) and Node.js. The ideal candidate should have strong experience building APIs, integrating third-party services, and working with modern backend architectures. Experience or exposure to React.js is a plus, as collaboration with frontend teams is a key part of this role. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems and APIs using Strapi and Node.js. Customize and extend Strapi functionalities to align with business requirements. Integrate third-party services and external APIs. Collaborate with frontend developers to define clear API contracts and content structures. Ensure backend services are scalable, secure, and performant. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and technical issues. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2+ years of professional experience in backend development with Strapi and Node.js. Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+) and RESTful API design. Good understanding of GraphQL. Hands-on experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL. Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and role-based access control in Strapi. Strong understanding of CMS concepts and content modeling. Experience with Git and version control systems. Education: UG: B.Tech/B.E. in any specialization PG: MCA / M.Tech in any specialization
