As a Salesforce CPQ & NPI Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the New Product Introduction (NPI) process within Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ, with key integrations to DocuSign CLM. Your expertise will contribute to the timely setup of new products, pricing, and related rules. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own and drive the end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) process within Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ - Collaborate with GTM, SalesOps, and Legal teams to define product and pricing structures - Configure and maintain product catalogs, pricing rules, and guided selling flows in Salesforce CPQ - Manage changes to DocuSign CLM exhibits and agreements for new product launches - Document, track, and communicate all NPI activities to relevant stakeholders - Serve as the subject matter expert for Salesforce CPQ and NPI processes - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to product setup, pricing, and CLM integrations - Support process improvements and automation initiatives to streamline NPI and CPQ operations - Maintain data integrity and compliance across Salesforce, CPQ, and CLM systems **Key Requirements:** - Minimum 5 years of Salesforce experience with a focus on Salesforce CPQ and NPI processes - Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce CPQ certifications are required - Experience with DocuSign CLM; DocuSign CLM certification preferred - Strong collaboration skills with GTM, SalesOps, and Legal teams - Understanding of product lifecycle management, pricing strategies, and contract lifecycle management - Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Residence in Chennai, India and willingness to work during U.S. Pacific Time hours If you enjoy being at the forefront of product launches, impacting go-to-market strategy, and collaborating with diverse teams, this role at Five9 offers significant impact and growth potential.
