Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage key accounts within the enterprise business segment, focusing on large account management and strategic account planning.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customers' unique needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services across multiple industries
  • Build strong relationships with key clients by providing exceptional service, resolving issues promptly, and offering proactive support.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4-6 years of experience in Key Account Management or similar role within an IT Services & Consulting organization.
  • Proven track record of success in managing complex projects from initiation to delivery.
