Technical Lead / Practice Lead - Advanced Analytics

Job Description

Responsibilities: Develop and deploy advanced analytics solutions leveraging AI, ML, DL, and Generative AI models. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and design data-driven solutions. Build, test, and optimize machine learning pipelines and automation processes using Python. Work with relational and non-relational databases; write efficient SQL queries. Implement asynchronous programming techniques to enhance system performance. Design and develop scalable applications and APIs using frameworks like Django and Flask. Create and integrate REST APIs for seamless data exchange between systems. Deploy and manage analytics solutions in production environments. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in deployment, automation, and analytics workflows. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML/DL and Generative AI technologies. Requirements: Bachelors/ Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience in analytics and AI/ML solution development. Proficient in Python and Python-based automation techniques. Solid understanding of AI/ML/DL concepts and familiarity with Generative AI models. Strong experience with SQL and database management (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Hands-on experience with asynchronous programming in Python. Proficiency with frameworks such as Django and Flask for application development. Experience in deploying machine learning models and applications. Familiarity with REST API development and integration. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of BI Tools such as Qlik & Power BI. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML deployment. Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
