Job Description

Mindera is seeking an experienced Enterprises Agile Coach to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will serve as a key leader responsible for delivering high-quality coaching at the enterprise level, guiding organizations through their agile transformation journeys. Youll work collaboratively with multiple teams and stakeholders to promote a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that our agile practices are implemented effectively across the organization.

Your primary focus will be to help teams adopt agile methodologies, foster collaboration, and enhance their delivery capabilities while aligning with the strategic goals of the business.
You will provide mentorship, facilitate workshops, and leverage your expertise to cultivate an agile mindset throughout the organization.
