- Diagnose and manage disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck through comprehensive clinical assessments and advanced diagnostics (endoscopy, audiometry, CT/MRI).
- Plan and perform surgical procedures, including functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS), tympanoplasty, septoplasty, tonsillectomy, and mastoidectomy, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, radiologists, speech therapists, and other specialists to optimize perioperative care and postoperative rehabilitation plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records, consent forms, and treatment plans in compliance with Medical Council of India and hospital protocols.
- Lead patient consultations, communicate treatment options clearly, and provide compassionate follow-up care and counseling.
- Participate in continuing medical education, quality-improvement initiatives, and mentor junior surgeons and residents on surgical techniques and clinical protocols.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- MBBS with MS or DNB in ENT Surgery (or equivalent), registered with the Medical Council of India or respective State Medical Council.
- Minimum 3 years of on-site experience in a tertiary care ENT surgery department.
- Proficiency in diagnostic modalities: video laryngoscopy, nasal endoscopy, audiology testing, and imaging interpretation.
- Demonstrated surgical expertise in otologic, rhinologic, and laryngologic procedures with documented case outcomes.
- Strong clinical decision-making, patient communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with medical documentation practices, consent management, and regulatory compliance.
Preferred
- Fellowship or advanced training in rhinology, otology, skull base surgery, or head & neck oncology.
- Experience with robotic-assisted ENT procedures and image-guided surgical systems.
- Research experience or publications in peer-reviewed ENT journals and participation in clinical studies.
