Job Title: Enrolment Advisor Location: Kozhikode, Kerala Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Enrolment Advisor to join our sales team. This role blends academic advisory with inside sales, playing a crucial part in helping students and parents make informed educational decisions. You will be responsible for promoting our programs, understanding student requirements, and driving enrolments. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and parents using the lead database. Assess students’ academic backgrounds, goals, and learning preferences to recommend suitable programs. Clearly articulate course details, schedules, and the benefits of Xylem Learning’s offerings. Build and maintain long-term relationships through ethical and personalized counselling. Convert leads into confirmed admissions, consistently achieving or surpassing enrolment targets. Maintain up-to-date records of all interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools. Collaborate with academic and marketing teams to stay informed about courses and promotional activities. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preference for candidates with education or sales background). Prior experience in academic counselling, telesales, or the education sector is an advantage but not mandatory. Key Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust. Goal-oriented, self-driven, and persuasive with sound negotiation skills. Basic proficiency in using CRM systems and productivity tools.
