Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Enrolment Advisor to join our sales team. This role blends academic advisory with inside sales, playing a crucial part in helping students and parents make informed educational decisions. You will be responsible for promoting our programs, understanding student requirements, and driving enrolments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and parents using the lead database.
• Assess students’ academic backgrounds, goals, and learning preferences to recommend suitable programs.
• Clearly articulate course details, schedules, and the benefits of Xylem Learning’s offerings.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships through ethical and personalized counselling.
• Convert leads into confirmed admissions, consistently achieving or surpassing enrolment targets.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with academic and marketing teams to stay informed about courses and promotional activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preference for candidates with education or sales background).
• Prior experience in academic counselling, telesales, or the education sector is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Goal-oriented, self-driven, and persuasive with sound negotiation skills.
• Basic proficiency in using CRM systems and productivity tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
