About the Role

Xylem Learning is seeking enthusiastic and goal-oriented Student Counselors to join our growing counselling and telesales team in Kozhikode. In this role, you will guide students and parents in making informed academic decisions, promote Xylem Learning’s programs, and help students achieve their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage proactively with prospective students and parents through inbound and outbound calls using our internal lead database.
• Understand students’ educational goals, interests, and challenges to recommend suitable Xylem Learning programs.
• Deliver clear, persuasive, and engaging presentations about our courses and offerings.
• Provide personalized counselling to build trust and long-term relationships with students and their families.
• Consistently achieve and exceed enrolment targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and enrolment updates using CRM systems.
• Collaborate with academic, marketing, and operations teams to stay updated on programs, offers, and institutional initiatives.
• Share insights and feedback to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and the overall counselling experience.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (required).
• 0–2 years of experience in student counselling, telesales, or customer advisory roles (experience in the education sector is an added advantage).
• Proven ability to meet or exceed enrolment or sales targets.

• Adaptable, proactive, and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Malayalam is preferred; good command of English is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
