About the Role

Xylem Learning is looking for driven and student-focused Counsellors to join our expanding counselling and sales team in Ernakulam. In this role, you will guide students and parents in making informed educational choices while actively driving enrolments and contributing to the growth of Xylem Learning.

This role is ideal for individuals with experience in academic counselling, consultative sales, or the education sector, who are passionate about helping learners achieve their academic goals while working towards ambitious performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students and parents through structured inbound and outbound calls using our in-house lead database.
• Understand students’ academic goals, challenges, and aspirations to recommend the most suitable learning programs.
• Present Xylem Learning’s offerings in a clear, persuasive, and confident manner.
• Deliver personalised academic counselling to build trust and long-term relationships.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly enrolment targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and enrolments using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with academic, marketing, and operations teams to stay updated on programs, promotions, and industry trends.
• Share feedback and insights to enhance lead generation strategies and the overall student experience.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in academic counselling, student advisory, or sales (preferably in the education sector).
• Proven ability to achieve or surpass enrolment/sales targets.

Key Skills

• Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to quickly build rapport and credibility with students and parents.
• Strong self-motivation and target-oriented mindset.
• Adaptability and problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Malayalam preferred; English proficiency desirable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
