Position: Academic Counsellor

About the Role

Xylem Learning is seeking dynamic and passionate Academic Counsellors to join our growing counselling and sales team. As an Academic Counsellor, you will guide students and parents in making well-informed educational choices while driving enrolments for our commerce-focused programs.

This role offers a unique opportunity to combine academic guidance with consultative sales, enabling you to positively influence students’ career paths while contributing to the growth of Xylem Learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students and parents via inbound and outbound calls using our in-house database.
• Understand students’ academic interests, challenges, and career aspirations to suggest the most suitable commerce programs.
• Clearly communicate program details, schedules, and the unique value offered by Xylem Learning.
• Provide personalised counselling to build trust and long-term relationships with students and parents.
• Convert leads into successful enrolments by meeting and exceeding monthly admission targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications, follow-ups, and student details in the CRM system.

Qualifications

• Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
• Prior experience in academic counselling, telecalling, or education sales is an advantage but not required.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for guiding students are welcome to apply.
