Enrolment Advisor/Academic Counsellor (Tele Sales) Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Enrolment Advisor/Academic Counsellor to join our sales team. As the first point of contact for prospective students and parents, you will play a key role in converting leads into enrolments. This role combines academic understanding with a strong focus on consultative sales. Key Responsibilities: Promote Educational Programs: Effectively present and articulate course offerings to prospective students and their families. Convert Leads to Enrolments: Follow up with inquiries, provide guidance throughout the decision-making process, and support prospects through to successful enrolment. Achieve Enrolment Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrolment goals. Foster Relationships: Build and maintain trust-based relationships with students and parents to encourage long-term engagement. Maintain Accurate Records: Update and manage lead information, communication history, and conversion data within the CRM system. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
