Job Overview:

English Teachers

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons for the assigned grade or exam level.
• Develop lesson plans and teaching materials aligned with curriculum standards.
• Assess and evaluate students’ progress through assignments, tests, and interactive activities.
• Provide personalized support and doubt-clearing sessions for students.
• Integrate innovative teaching methods, including technology, to enhance learning.
• Prepare students for board exams and/or competitive exams by focusing on key concepts, grammar, comprehension, and communication skills.
• Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in classrooms (offline or online).
• Collaborate with academic coordinators and management for curriculum planning and reporting.

Skills & Qualifications:

For Freshers:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Literature, Education, or related field (B.A., B.Ed., or equivalent).
• Good command over English grammar, vocabulary, and spoken English.
• Passion for teaching and willingness to learn advanced pedagogical techniques.

For Experienced Teachers:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Education, or related fields (M.A., M.Ed., PhD preferred).
• Proven experience in teaching English for boards or competitive exams (minimum 1–10+ years).
• Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools (Google Classroom, Zoom, MS Teams, etc.).

Preferred Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative and innovative approach to lesson delivery.
• Ability to handle large classes efficiently.
• Knowledge of exam patterns and syllabus for boards and/or competitive exams.
• Experience in content creation or curriculum design will be an added advantage.

Salary Range:

• Freshers:

  ₹3 LPA – ₹5 LPA

• Experienced:

  ₹6 LPA – ₹20 LPA (Based on experience, skills, and location)
