Role Description

This is a contract-based on-site role for an English Teacher located in Noida. The English Teacher will be responsible for designing and conducting engaging lessons, creating lesson plans, and helping students improve their English language proficiency. Responsibilities include evaluating student progress, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a positive and supportive learning environment. Coordination with other educators and adapting teaching methods to meet individual student needs will also be essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English Teaching, combined with a strong foundation in Teaching and Education techniques.
• Strong skills in Lesson Planning and the ability to design effective learning plans tailored to diverse learners.
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively convey concepts and engage students in the learning process.
• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior teaching experience or certifications, such as TESOL/TEFL, are highly valued.
• Passion for teaching and working with students to achieve their language development goals.
