As an experienced PGT English Teacher at The Karmapa Center of Education, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education in English language and literature to students following the CISCE curriculum. Your role will involve implementing innovative teaching methodologies, fostering a love for English among students, and actively participating in school activities beyond academics. **Key Responsibilities:** - Utilize your strong subject knowledge and passion for teaching to educate students in English language and literature up to grade 10. - Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to cater to diverse learning needs, promoting active participation and student engagement. - Assess student progress through various evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback to support academic growth. - Introduce students to a wide range of literary works and facilitate meaningful discussions to enhance their understanding. - Stay updated with the latest developments in English teaching pedagogy and incorporate innovative teaching strategies into the classroom. - Maintain regular communication with relevant authorities to provide updates on student performance. **Qualifications Required:** - Graduation and Post Graduation in English Language and Literature with B.Ed (Mandatory). - 5 to 7 years of teaching experience in a reputed ICSE school. - Excellent command over spoken and written English. - Proficiency in using digital tools and smart classroom technology for effective teaching.
