Full-time Remote Role – Senior Associate (Personal Branding)

We’re looking for confident, articulate professionals who can mentor mid-to-senior level managers, leaders, and entrepreneurs in developing their personal brand and executive presence.

You don’t need to be a personal branding expert already — we’ll train you in our frameworks and methods. What matters most is your communication excellence, your ability to engage, and your drive to help people project their best selves.

A highly commanding screen presence is essential, as you’ll be working directly with senior professionals in the 40 to 50 year age bracket .

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Comfort and confidence in virtual teaching or mentoring environments
• Exposure to or interest in areas like executive presence, public speaking, or personal brand building
• A background in marketing, corporate communications, HR, leadership coaching, media/PR, or consulting (Preferred, not mandatory)
• A genuine passion for mentoring and helping professionals grow

What You’ll Do:

• Teach and mentor senior professionals on personal branding, executive presence, and compelling communication, both in group settings and one-on-one interactions .
• Take charge of assigned course batches from end-to-end—overseeing scheduling, ensuring seamless delivery, and driving a top-tier learning experience for every participant .
• Actively monitor and enhance learner satisfaction, using innovative engagement strategies to deliver measurable results .
• Bring fresh ideas and data-driven improvements to continually raise the bar on course quality and learner outcomes .
• Help participants build the confidence, clarity, and authentic presence they need to stand out and lead in their fields .
