We conduct Spoken English, Communication Skills, and Soft Skills training programs for students in grades 5 to 12 across schools in Noida, Greater Noida, and Ghaziabad.

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Part-Time Trainer who can deliver engaging sessions on Spoken English and Soft Skills to school students. The trainer will conduct interactive sessions to improve students’ listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills along with essential life skills like confidence building, time management, body language, grooming, leadership, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions (offline) in schools across Noida, Greater Noida, and Ghaziabad.
• Deliver interactive lessons on Spoken English, Communication Skills, and Soft Skills.
• Engage students through activities, role plays, debates, JAM sessions, storytelling, and real-life examples.
• Prepare lesson plans and session reports as required.
• Motivate and mentor students to overcome hesitation and improve confidence.

Requirements

• Excellent command of English (spoken & written).
• Prior experience in training/teaching Spoken English or Soft Skills (preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Passion for working with school students (Grades 5–12).
• Ability to travel to schools across Noida, Greater Noida & Ghaziabad.
• Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate (any stream). Certification in Training/Soft Skills/English Language Teaching is a plus.

• Job Type: Part-Time (Project/Session Based)
• Location: Schools across Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad (travel involved)
• Timings: Morning hours (as per school schedule, usually 1–3 sessions/day)
• Compensation: Competitive (per session/monthly basis, depending on project)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹800.00 - ₹1,200.00 per day

Expected hours: 4 – 10 per week
