Job Description

Sparkling Mindz – Join Us in Reimagining Learning

Our Vision

We live in a world where information is everywhere and new ideas constantly reshape how we live, work and relate to each other. Learning needs to reflect this reality.

At Sparkling Mindz, learning is about discovering one’s potential, understanding oneself, building strengths, solving problems with creativity and engaging with the world with responsibility.

We design Reggio-Emilia inspired, game-based and inquiry-led learning experiences that inspire, engage and empower children. When children experience learning in this way, they grow into confident and thoughtful learners.

We believe this transformation begins with us. It requires openness, effort and a willingness to grow.

Role: Assistant Language Facilitator (English / Hindi / Kannada)

Full-time

Primary and Middle School

Location: Kannuru, Hennur Bagalur Road, North Bangalore

Training and Probation: 1 year

Working Days: Monday to Friday (7.45 AM to 5:30 PM) and alternate Saturdays

Our Philosophy

At Sparkling Mindz, placing the child in the center is our north star. It guides how we design learning experiences and how we show up in the classroom.

Many adults come from systems where decisions are made for children. These habits often continue into teaching and make it easy to design from the adult’s point of view. Our approach invites adults to shift this and see children as capable individuals with ideas, perspectives and ways of thinking that deserve attention and respect.

Making this shift takes intention, practice and a willingness to grow.

You will be a good fit for this role if you are ready to develop in the following ways:

Seeing children as capable humans

You believe that children can think, express, question and create when they are given space and trust.

Designing from the child’s experience

You observe children closely and use your observations to design learning that meets their needs and sparks their thinking.

Creating space for children's voices

You listen deeply to their ideas, questions and reflections. You invite them to participate and shape parts of their learning journey.

Responding with empathy and patience

You support children through uncertainty and mistakes. You stay steady and focused on long-term growth.

Staying curious about learning

You reflect on what works and what needs to change. You adapt your plans so they evolve with the children’s needs and interests.

Doing your own inner work

You examine your beliefs, habits and reactions so you can respond with clarity, care and a learning mindset.

Adults who embrace this approach create classrooms where children feel seen, heard and valued. This is the foundation of our work at Sparkling Mindz.

Your Responsibilities

You will help create learning experiences that support children’s thinking, expression and growth. This includes:

  • Planning child-centered learning outcomes aligned with Sparkling Mindz philosophy
  • Creating lesson plans, worksheets and learning materials
