English Language Facilitator

As a Learning Facilitator at Sparkling Mindz Global School, you will be part of a purpose-driven, Reggio-Emilia inspired, game-based school that is committed to nurturing children as thinkers, doers, dreamers, and changemakers. Your role will involve teaching English to Primary & Middle School grades in Kannuru, North Bangalore. **Role Overview:** You will plan child-centric learning experiences, design engaging lessons, facilitate immersive sessions, collaborate across disciplines, communicate with parents, innovate, iterate, and participate in team meetings and training sessions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan child-centric learning experiences aligned with the school's pedagogy - Design lessons, games, and provocations to stimulate wonder, connection, and exploration - Facilitate immersive sessions with openness to children's ideas and feedback - Reflect, document, and co-learn from children's observations - Collaborate across disciplines for purpose-based learning - Communicate regularly with parents as learning partners - Innovate and iterate to cater to individual differences - Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and reflection cycles **Qualifications Required:** - Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (B.Ed optional but valuable if paired with mindset and skills) - 3-5 years of experience working with children or in creative/educational fields In teaching English Language Arts, you should have a deep understanding of language acquisition, comprehension, and expression. Your role will involve guiding students in reading deeply, writing purposefully, and speaking confidently. You should be able to design reading journeys, creative writing provocations, and literature circles while integrating vocabulary, grammar, and structure meaningfully.
