Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate English Faculty/Trainer to deliver engaging and effective English language training to students and/or working professionals. The ideal candidate should possess excellent command over the English language, a strong background in teaching or training, and the ability to adapt content delivery based on learner levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Delivery Conduct engaging sessions in spoken English, grammar, vocabulary, and written communication. Deliver training programs aligned with academic standards or industry requirements (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL, Business English, etc.). Use interactive methods and digital tools to enhance learning outcomes.
Training Design & Evaluation
Develop lesson plans, training materials, activities, and assessments. Evaluate learners progress through regular tests, assignments, and feedback sessions. Identify skill gaps and adjust teaching techniques accordingly.
Learner Engagement
Encourage participation and foster a learner-friendly environment. Guide students on improving their communication, public speaking, and confidence. Mentor and support slow learners and high-potential individuals alike.
Eligibility Criteria: Education: Bachelor's or Masters Degree in English, Education, or related field. Certifications: TESOL/TEFL/CELTA (preferred but not mandatory). Experience: 10–15 years in teaching English in schools, coaching centers, training institutes, or corporate environments.
Key Skills Required:
Exceptional command of English (spoken and written). Strong teaching, presentation, and facilitation skills. Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles. Empathy, patience, and a passion for education. Basic tech skills: MS Office, digital whiteboards, LMS tools, etc
