About the Role:

Futuristic Edu Initiatives is seeking a skilled and creative English Content Writer with expertise in IGCSE primary curriculum (Grades 3–5). The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging, well-structured, and curriculum-aligned lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and learning materials that enhance students’ English language proficiency and critical thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop lesson plans, teaching aids, and worksheets aligned with the Cambridge IGCSE Primary English Curriculum (Stages 3–5).
• Create original and engaging content that supports reading, writing, grammar, and comprehension learning outcomes.
• Design assessment materials, quizzes, and practice papers to reinforce key concepts and language skills.
• Incorporate 21st-century learning skills and activity-based learning methods into lesson planning.
• Ensure all content meets curriculum objectives, maintains clarity, accuracy, and is age-appropriate.
• Conduct thorough research to integrate global best practices and innovative approaches to English language teaching.
• Collaborate remotely with the academic and instructional design team for review, feedback, and finalization of content.
• Adhere to project timelines and maintain consistent quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English / Education / Linguistics (or related field).
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in content development or teaching English at primary level (IGCSE / Cambridge / IB preferred).
• Strong understanding of Cambridge English Primary Learning Objectives.
• Excellent command of English grammar, vocabulary, and composition.
• Ability to create engaging, learner-centered content suitable for ages 8–11.
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace tools.
• Prior experience as a freelance curriculum writer or educator will be an added advantage.
