Qualification

: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical

Experience:

Diploma: 7-8 years / B.E.: 5-7 years

Essential Skills:

Knowledge of Kiln
Preheater Cooler and their auxiliaries
SAP-PM
Budgeting and presentation skills

Desirable Skills:

Maintece of Kiln/Preheater, and Cooler

To execute mechanical maintece of Mechanical Kiln, Preheater and cooler equipment to obtain optimum availability as per budgeted production with optimum utilization of available resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all the planned mechanical activities.
Coordinate with Process, E&I and other department engineers to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth plant operations.
Identify equipment abnormalities and address operational issues using available resources.
Ensure work is executed as per SOPs, SMPs, and checklists for shift maintece activities.
Ensure 100% safety compliance at the site.
