Role & responsibilities

Incoming & in Process quality control & Assurance.
Product audit, process audit and layout inspection to ensure the part quality.
Problem solving and 8D Preparation for quality concern.
Incoming and In-Process inspection and controlling rejection and rework.
Implementation for POKA Yoke and Kaizens for Continues improvement .
Knowledge of PPAP Documentation, updating and Monitoring.
Knowledge and Handling of Measuring Instruments and Gauging.
Updating and Maintaining documentation, Records and testing's.
Updating QMS record, Operator training of quality improve and quality awareness.
