Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Prepare and implement action plans to improve
Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE)
.
Plan daily/weekly production in line with schedules and targets.
Ensure proper preparation and availability of machine tools and spares.
Monitor hourly production vs. hourly plan, ensuring daily targets are achieved.
Solve technical issues and troubleshoot problems on the shop floor.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of
hot, warm, and forging processes
Hands-on experience with production planning and OEE improvement
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills
Familiarity with lean tools like
5S, Kaizen, and TPM
Effective communication and cross-functional coordination skills
Sound understanding of safety, quality, and production documentation

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Diploma ,B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Production Engineering.
Experience: 4-6 years of experience in
forging and hot, warm, and forging processes heat treatment processes,
