Preferred candidate profile

Engineer / Sr. Engineer / Manager Civil - Quality

• Oversee and ensure the highest standards of quality in civil and finishing works for ongoing project.
• Implement and monitor quality control systems for finishing works (flooring, tiling, painting, joinery, etc.)
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with design and quality standards
• Ensure all materials used meet approved specifications
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, non-conformities, and corrective actions
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and consultants to resolve quality issues
• Ensure adherence to relevant IS codes, NBC norms, and Chalet Hotels internal quality protocols

Engineer / Sr. Engineer / Assistant Manager Civil Planning & Billing

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera/MS Project.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams to align civil works timelines.
• Monitor progress against baseline and flag delays with mitigation strategies.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Prepare RA (Running Account) bills, final bills, and reconciliation statements.
• Verify contractor measurements and ensure timely certification of bills.
• Maintain records of BOQ (Bill of Quantities), work orders, and change orders.
• Liaise with finance and procurement teams for timely payments and cost control.
• Interface with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Conduct site visits to validate progress and quality of civil works.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Support quantity take-offs and cost estimation for civil packages.
• Track material consumption and reconcile with planned quantities.
• Assist in budget forecasting and variance analysis.

Engineer / Sr. Engineer / Assistant Manager Mechanical Planning & Billing

• Develop detailed mechanical work schedules using tools like MS Project or Primavera.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure timely delivery of MEP
• components.
• Monitor progress and update schedules based on site conditions and resource availability.
• Prepare BOQs, estimate quantities, and monitor progress against MEP plans.
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure accurate estimation of materials required for projects.
• Review contractor bills, verify quantity take-offs, and process payment requests.
• Conduct regular checks on bill status updates and resolve discrepancies as needed.
• Ensure timely submission of RA bills to clients while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Engineer / Sr. Engineer / Assistant Manager Mechanical Quality

• Develop and implement mechanical QA/QC plans, ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), and SOPs.
• Monitor material testing and workmanship maintain quality documentation and reports.
• Conduct inspections for welding, fabrication, piping, equipment installation, and structural works.
• Ensure compliance with international codes and standards (ASME, ASTM, API, IS, etc.).
• Maintain quality records, inspection reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and corrective actions.
• Support audits and client inspections with proper documentation and follow-ups.
• Inspect incoming mechanical materials and equipment for conformity.
• Ensure traceability and certification of materials used on-site.
• Ensuring approved Quality Assurance Plans.
• Collaborate with project, construction, and safety teams to ensure quality integration.
• Identify quality risks and implement preventive measures.
• Ensure adherence to project specifications, client requirements, and statutory norms.

Engineer / Sr. Engineer / Assistant Manager Electrical – Planning & Billing

• Develop and maintain detailed electrical project schedules using tools like MS Project or Primavera.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams to align timelines and deliverables.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor electrical work progress and ensure adherence to plans.
• Prepare and verify contractor/vendor bills for electrical works as per contract terms.
• Ensure accurate measurement and documentation of work done (MB preparation).
• Coordinate with finance and procurement teams for timely processing of invoices.
• Handle client billing and ensure compliance with statutory and contractual obligations.
• Review electrical drawings, BOQs, and specifications for planning and billing accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes.
• Support procurement in evaluating electrical vendors and materials.

Engineer / Sr. Engineer / Assistant Manager – Electrical – Quality

• Develop and implement electrical quality control plans for incoming materials, in-process checks, and final product validation.
• Define inspection criteria and testing protocols aligned with IS standards.
• Compliance & Standards:
• Ensure adherence to national and international electrical standards (BIS, IEC, IEEE, MIL).
• Support audits and certifications including ISO 9001, AS9100, and other defence-specific quality systems.
• Evaluate and qualify electrical component suppliers.
• Conduct supplier audits and drive corrective actions for non-conformances.
• Oversee electrical testing (Hi-pot, insulation resistance, continuity, EMC/EMI) for assemblies and systems.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and quality deviations.
• Prepare monthly quality dashboards and present findings to leadership.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Drive Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other quality improvement initiatives.
