Engineering Trainee – Sales & Purchase

About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic engineering graduates to join our team as Engineering Trainees. The selected candidates will undergo on the job training across our Sales and Purchase departments, gaining hands-on experience in commercial operations, supplier management, client coordination, and technical sales.

This program is designed to develop well-rounded professionals who can bridge technical knowledge with business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

During the Training Period:

• Learn and understand the company’s products, processes, and business model.
• Assist in preparing technical and commercial quotations for clients.
• Support the sales team in client communication, proposal development, and order processing.
• Work with the purchase department to source materials, obtain quotations, and evaluate suppliers.
• Coordinate with vendors for delivery schedules, material follow-ups, and quality documentation.
• Maintain and update databases related to sales and procurement activities.
• Analyze market trends, pricing, and supplier performance.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to understand end-to-end business operations.

• Eagerness to learn commercial and technical aspects of engineering business.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
