About the role

• Build Technology:

• Provide a great customer and user experience across web and mobile for all WeWork products and services

• Automate and innovate for building efficiency and driving up productivity
  Provide a seamless experience for users when it comes to interaction with our spaces

• Build efficiency in all aspects of our operations internally for teams that need technology to solve their problems

• Team Leadership:

• Code Review:

Education level and desired qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

• 8-10 years of hands-on experience in building & running full-stack applications in a cloud environment (AWS/GCP)

• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing software engineering teams

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound technical and architectural decisions

• Proficiency in Javascript/Typescript, Node.js, React.js and other related frameworks used in full-stack development

• Strong understanding of both back-end and front-end technologies

• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, best practices, and coding standards

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Having built 0-1 products in a fast-growing startup environment would be a big plus
