About the Role:


Quoqo is hiring an

Engineering Manager

to take full ownership of

product development, engineering execution, and team leadership

. This is a

high-impact role

where you will manage a team of engineers, define the technical roadmap, and

drive the growth of Quoqo s AI-driven legaltech solutions

.

Key Responsibilities:


Technical Leadership & Product Development

Own the full development lifecycle

of Quoqo s products, from planning to deployment.
Define

technical architecture, coding standards, and system scalability

strategies.
Ensure

high availability, performance, and security

of cloud-based applications.
Conduct

code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical mentorship

.

Team Leadership & People Management

Hire,

mentor, and lead

a team of software engineers (

backend, frontend, AI/ML, DevOps

).
Set

clear performance goals

, provide regular feedback, and ensure career growth.
Foster a

collaborative, high-performance engineering culture

.

Project Execution & Agile Development

Work closely with

Product Managers, Designers, and AI/ML teams

to align development with business goals.
Drive

Agile development practices (sprints, backlog grooming, CI/CD pipelines, release planning)

.
Ensure

on-time delivery

of high-quality product features and improvements.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

Evaluate

emerging technologies, AI models, and cloud solutions

to enhance products.
Drive

DevOps, automation, and infrastructure optimization

to improve engineering efficiency.
Establish

best practices in software development, testing, and deployment

.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with

Sales & Customer Success

to ensure seamless client onboarding and technical support.
Communicate

engineering progress, roadmaps, and key decisions

to stakeholders.
Collaborate with

Marketing & Growth

to ensure product capabilities are well-represented.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


4-8 years

of experience in software development, including

2+ years leading teams

.
Strong expertise in

backend and frontend development

(

Python/Django/Flask, React, Node.js, Next.js

).
Experience in

cloud infrastructure

(

AWS, Azure, GCP

) and

DevOps tools

(

Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD

).
Knowledge of

AI/ML integration, microservices architecture, and API development

.
Proven track record of

managing engineering teams and delivering complex software products

.
Strong understanding of

scalability, performance optimization, and security best practices

.
Excellent problem-solving and

decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment

.
Strong ability to

hire, mentor, and retain top engineering talent

.
Experience with

Agile methodologies, project management, and sprint planning

.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)


Experience in

legaltech, fintech, or AI-driven SaaS products

.
Background in

AI/ML engineering and model deployment

.
Familiarity with

low-latency, high-availability distributed systems

.
