Engineering Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and inspiring his or her team to achieve their performance metrics. • Architect, develop, and review full-stack solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Drive technical design discussions and guide the team in making sound engineering decisions.
• Oversee the entire SDLCfrom requirements gathering to deployment and monitoring.
• Ensure code quality through reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD best practices.
• Plan and manage project timelines, sprints, and deliverables using Agile methodologies.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks; ensure timely delivery of high-impact features.
• Optimize development processes to improve efficiency and reduce technical debt.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development; 2+ years in a lead role.
• Strong proficiency in front-end frameworks such as React js
• Expertise in backend development with Node.js,, Python, PHP
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, Docker/Kubernetes is a plus.
• Strong debugging, performance optimization, and architectural skills.
