Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of mobile engineers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and high-quality work.
• Oversee the end-to-end development process of mobile applications, ensuring delivery meets timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Work closely with product managers to define mobile product vision and ensure alignment with overall business goals and user needs.
• Guide the technical direction for mobile projects, ensuring best practices in architecture, coding standards, and development processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, QA, and backend engineering, to build cohesive and scalable mobile experiences.
• Mentor and support team members in their professional growth and promote a culture of continuous learning.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in mobile development to incorporate new tools and approaches into our workflow.
• Participate in strategic decision-making regarding mobile technologies and tools to enhance product capabilities

Skills we're looking for in this person:

• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or similar leadership role in mobile software development.
• Strong technical background in mobile technologies, including proficiency in iOS, Android, and cross-platform frameworks.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, capable of inspiring and developing talent.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality mobile applications that offer excellent user experiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on performance and scalability
• Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders
• A genuine interest in sports or the sports industry, with a passion for creating impactful experiences for fans.
