Engineering Manager - Java

Role Overview: As a Team Lead, your main responsibility will be to lead the team in their daily tasks, prioritize activities, and make decisions based on changing business priorities. You will be in charge of structuring and facilitating the team's workflow and development process. Additionally, you will coordinate with internal stakeholders across the company to understand their requirements and translate them into the team's technical needs. You will play a key role in fostering the team's evolution and the growth of its members through activities such as 1:1s and performance evaluations. Furthermore, you will be responsible for planning future resource requirements and collaborating with hiring efforts.
