Architectural Design and implement software architectures, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. Troubleshoot technical issues, identify and implement solutions, and ensure systems meet requirement. Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and optimization strategies Key Skills and Requirements: 10+ years of experience in software development. Strong expertise in enterprise IT solutions, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and system architecture. Familiarity with procurement processes, government IT policies, and compliance standards (preferably) Proficiency in technologies such as Java, Python, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Excellent leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
