Lessons Learnt capture, review and maintain the database for the same• SPOC for Value Engineering. Analyse/Review Value Engineering ideas, Feedback to Project Manager and ensure effective implementation.• Facilitate Engineering Discipline for RCA (Root Cause Analysis) sessions.• Interfacing between Engineering & PMT team for grey areas (Not with definitive Ownership/responsibility).• Arrange Continuous Improvement Initiatives through day in day out action."
