Engineering Manager - Backend

Key Responsibilities Recruit, mentor, and lead a diverse and high-performing engineering team. Foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture.  Drive the team to deliver on feature requests that unblock customers and facilitate deals, enhancing the product's capabilities. Work closely with Design, Product, and other cross-functional teams to align on product vision and deliver innovative solutions.  Develop and refine robust processes to ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability  Prioritize and address customer issues and feedback, continuously improving the customer experience.
