Position: Manager - Engineering

Exp: 18+ years

• Plan and manage engineering resources and budgets, overseeing all Engineering, Non-Conformance, and Configuration Control activities.
• Evaluate engineering requirements for new projects, including feasibility analysis, technology assessment, and specification of new machinery and equipment.
• Develop and implement technical strategies, processes, contracts, and specifications to ensure quality, consistency, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure full compliance with ISO standards, customer specifications, and internal engineering procedures.
• Lead performance management by conducting appraisals, maintaining skill matrices, setting objectives, and reviewing personal development plans.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by capturing best practices and deploying standardized departmental processes.
• Generate, monitor, and present engineering and team performance KPIs in monthly business reviews and management reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers, providing technical support and contributing to overall company performance objectives.
