Become part of our global team: You make the difference - YOU MAKE US Job Description - Engineering Management Main Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in PDM and improve product lifecycle management efficiency. Facilitate engineering training, ensuring teams effectively use PDM tools and managing resources as the primary contact for training needs. Develop and update training documentation for PDM tools, processes, and systems to ensure consistent support and alignment. Represent the operational unit with global counterparts, turning requirements and feedback into actionable solutions while driving process and system improvements. Stay updated on global PDM software developments, managing their timely implementation within the organization. Strengthen relationships with global counterparts, addressing end-user needs and keeping them informed about developments in PDM tools, processes, and methods. Job Content: Key Task description: Proactively identify and address business challenges within PDM systems, refining processes, and tools to optimize usability and functionality. Support the development and optimization of product data management processes, ensuring clarity and improving workflow. Lead initiatives to implement best practices in PDM, continuously refining systems to align with industry standards.
