Role overview

Creatium is hiring an AI Engineering Lead to lead the development of its AI coach platform, including fine-tuned LLMs, voice models, and video models. This role combines hands-on engineering with people leadership to deliver reliable, high-quality monthly releases on cloud infrastructure.​

What you’ll do

• Lead end-to-end development of AI coach software, from design to deployment on cloud services, with a focus on reliability and cost optimization.​
• Own and improve fine-tuned LLMs, voice, and video models that power interactive learning experiences.​
• Manage a small team of engineers, including mentoring, unblocking, code reviews, and fostering a fast-paced, collaborative environment.​
• Oversee monthly product releases, ensuring rigorous testing and excellent customer experience.​
• Collaborate with stakeholders in India and the US to align technical delivery with customer needs.​

What we’re looking for

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in an engineering management role.​
• Strong background in AI/ML with demonstrated ability to research and develop new algorithms and models.​
• Proven track record of organizing teams and shipping well-tested, production-grade releases on cloud platforms.​
• High-energy, hands-on leader with excellent people skills and comfort working across geographies (US and India).​
• Deep customer-centric mindset and understanding of user experience in AI-driven products.​
