Role Description

Engineering Head (1)

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ghaziabad. The Engineering Head will oversee all engineering projects, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and lead a team of engineers. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, budget, resources, and collaborating with other departments to streamline operations. This role demands strategic planning, problem-solving, and regular reporting to senior management.

Design Manager (4)

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ghaziabad. The Design Manager will be responsible for developing design concepts, drafting detailed plans, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating with clients and engineers. Daily tasks include managing design projects from concept to completion, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining design documentation.

Detailing Engineer (5)

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ghaziabad. The Detailing Engineer will be responsible for producing detailed steel fabrication drawings, ensuring accuracy, and compliance with project specifications. Responsibilities include collaborating with design teams, reviewing technical drawings, and using detailing software to create precise construction plans.

Qualifications

• Engineering and Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro,Tekla and other engineering design software
• Design and Drafting Skills: Experience in developing design concepts, drafting detailed plans, and ensuring compliance with regulations
• Project Management Skills: Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills to manage engineering challenges
• Communication and Collaboration Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to collaborate with clients and team members
• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field, with relevant experience in PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) industry
• Experience: Previous experience in managing large-scale construction projects is a plus
