Job Title: Campus Ambassador

Location: Various Tier 2 & 3 Engineering College Campuses (India)

Program Type: Part-time, Remote, Flexible

Duration: 3-6 months

Stipends: 3K+ Performance-based incentive (up to 20K)

About the Role:

CareerPass is looking for enthusiastic Campus Ambassadors to be our voice and face on your engineering college campus. As a Campus Ambassador, you'll play a pivotal role in empowering your fellow engineering students by introducing them to a program that can truly transform their professional journeys. This is an excellent opportunity to hone your marketing, leadership, and networking skills while contributing to a meaningful cause.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Advocacy & Promotion:

• Be the face and voice of CareerPass within your college community.
• Actively promote the CareerPass program, its unique features (personalised project-based learning, IITian/NITian/Industry expert mentorships, internships, projects, one-on-one mentorship, mental wellness support), and benefits to your peers.
• Disseminate promotional materials (digital posters, brochures, videos) provided by CareerPass through college notice boards, social media groups, and student networks.

Community Engagement & Outreach:

• Organize and execute engaging on-campus events such as webinars, workshops, information sessions, and interactive talks about career building, skill gaps, and the CareerPass program.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with student clubs, societies, faculty members, and placement cells to facilitate program awareness and reach.
• Actively participate in college events, career fairs, and technical fests to represent CareerPass and engage with potential participants.

Digital & Social Media Presence:

• Leverage your personal and college social media platforms (WhatsApp groups, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) to create buzz and share compelling content about CareerPass, highlighting success stories and program features.
• Engage with comments, questions, and inquiries about the program online.

Feedback Collection & Reporting:

• Collect feedback and insights from students regarding their career aspirations, skill gaps, and impressions of the CareerPass program.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the CareerPass marketing team on campus activities, student engagement, and outreach effectiveness.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Currently enrolled as an engineering student in a Tier 2, Tier 3 or Tier 4 engineering college.
• A strong academic record and an active presence within your college community.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
• Exceptional networking and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse groups of students, faculty, and college administration.
• Highly proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently to achieve targets.
• A creative and resourceful mindset for organising events and engaging students.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms for outreach and content sharing.
• A genuine passion for career development and a desire to help your peers succeed.
• Prior experience in event management, marketing, or leadership roles within college clubs/societies is a plus.
