Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Associate to join our team at Marriott. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement engineering solutions.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers.
Participate in project planning and scheduling activities.
Ensure all engineering projects are completed on time and within budget.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in engineering operations and management.
Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools.
