Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Associate to join our team at Four Points by Sheraton. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement engineering solutions.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with engineering plans.
Develop and maintain detailed records of engineering projects and activities.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize engineering processes.
Ensure all engineering work adheres to industry standards and regulations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in engineering, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of engineering principles, practices, and techniques.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with engineering software and tools.
