Apprenticeship Program Role: ApprenticeTrainee Pearce Services, a leading nationwide provider of outsourced operations, maintenance, and engineering services for mission-critical infrastructure, is offering an exciting apprenticeship opportunity. Our services span across telecommunication networks, renewable energy installations (solar and wind), electric vehicle charging stations, and large-scale power generation and batteries. We are looking for motivated individuals to join us as apprentices for a one-year program, where you will gain valuable hands-on experience working with our senior engineers and team leads. This apprenticeship will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Skills Required: 1. Knowledge of AutoCAD 2. Basic understanding of FTTH Network Architecture 3. Excellent communication skills 4. Good knowledge of MS Office tools Responsibilities: 1. Assist in planning and designing work processes 2. Work closely with senior engineers and team leads to support technical tasks 3. Collaborate with the team to ensure a full understanding of client needs 4. Contribute to delivering quality results and ensuring project success 5. Ensure accurate handovers and smooth collaboration with team members 6.
