Oversee day-to-day utility & facility operations in the manufacturing unit
Lead and manage production teams to meet targets and ensure quality output
Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Prepare and maintain necessary reports and documentation
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the electronics manufacturing sector
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Good communication and team management abilities
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and other industry best practices
