Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Boiler Helper. The Boiler Helper will assist in routine maintenance and operational tasks associated with boiler systems. Responsibilities include monitoring boiler operations, performing basic repairs, maintaining logbooks, and working closely with the boiler technician to ensure safe and efficient operations. The Boiler Helper is expected to follow safety protocols and industry standards to maintain smooth boiler functionality.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge and understanding of boiler operations and maintenance
• Ability to perform routine checks and basic repairs
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
• Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergency calls
